We were impressed with the quality of the marketing material, particularly the drone footage. The house sale was not the easiest but Kathy and Elaine worked hard to see it through. Thank you both.

Overall they made the experience as painless as one could hope for and dealt with the hiccups straightforwardly. We had a similar experience to others whereby DM & Co. replaced another estate agency. They sell your property proactively rather than just take a few photos and list it on Rightmove. DM & Co. provides a quality service. We recommend them highly.

I have found her to be extremely professional, courteous and someone who is exemplary at sustaining client relations. Throughout the sales process I was impressed with her fluid communication and regular updates. She was able to convey feedback from the buyers with clarity and always retained a positive and upbeat demeanour. There is no question that Rav is diligent and tenacious in the way she approached work. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rav and would gladly work with her again.

Jan 12,2023Sadly, I failed to instruct DM & Co. soon enough. I had my head turned by an agent that could get me much more money. DM & Co. had come to see me first time round and i kicked myself very quickly when the other agents promised buyers continued to fail to materialise. Thankfully I was able to get out of our contract and within a couple of weeks DM & Co. had done exactly what the other agent failed to do. Big thanks to the Dorridge team, Rav, Matt and Lisa for your honesty and transparency. Highly recommended.
