Dealing with her was very simple, it felt very balanced towards both parties (buyer and seller) and really helped move the sale along! Would recommend !

From the initial valuation meeting with Peter, DM & Co have done excellent work in the marketing and selling of our house and we have purchased our new house through them also. Very professional all the way through. Their market knowledge and the marketing of our house was superb. Everyone we dealt with were very helpful and courteus all through the process, especially Ann who worked hard in providing much help and advice. We were kept up to date with viewings they had booked and the results afterwards. Very pleased we chose DM&Co.

I didn't know DM&Co before selling my fathers house but I could not have chosen better - would highly recommend even when the chips are down they don't give up! Thank you Ann :-) Prior to selling we were going through them to rent which, although we had a change of heart was a very positive experience!

Jul 20,2023We have had quite a journey with our house move. We had Ann from the Solihull office helping sell our house. The market was very sketchy when we started selling and received a wide range of valuations. Ann was down to earth and told it like it was which was refreshing. When we did sell she was brilliant and communicating between ourselves and our buyer to ensure the deal went through. In addition we bought our new house through DM & Co via Rav at the Dorridge office. Again, Rav has been brilliant at helping us buy the right house and ensure the deal went through. Quite frankly, the service provided by DM & Co has been above and beyond anything we expected and we so grateful to Ann and Rav. We really can't recommend them highly enough. Keith & Sarah Trinder

Elaine especially was fabulous with multiple phone calls to all parties to make it happen, Excellent communication at all times, very supportive and always did what she had promised. An excellent and expert team.

Jul 06,2023Ann sold my late mum’s house for us and it was a rollercoaster journey. Ann was always determined, professional and helpful, she would answer texts late in the evening and and weekends. At times, I’m sorry to say, I was a bit short with Ann because of the dilly dallying of our buyers but she pulled out all the stops for us and got the deal done, with plenty of humour too I have to say.

Within the first contact at the Solihull branch of DM&Co Ann was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable listening to my specific needs and then worked tirelessly to seek a purchaser for the property. Throughout the journey, Ann regularly updated me on the progress and answered my many questions using expert local knowledge of the market and giving excellent advice. Even though I hadn’t contracted DM&CO but my buyers had she has been absolutely exceptional throughout the process. She genuinely cares about people and her customer service is exemplary, nothing was ever too much bother and she always followed things up and called back. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company because of Elaine. She is an asset to them.
