I could tell she was very sincere from the start and had the sellers best interests at heart which is very important even when you are buying. She was great dealing with all parties and we got the deal exchanged within a month. A very professional experience from start to end with the human touch provided by Ann.

Sep 18,2023Every company is judged by the quality of the person you interact with and in our case we had a great personal contact in Amy Carstairs. Amy held our hand when needed it and also had to deal with a difficult buyer of our house which she did with great diplomacy. I highly recommend DM&Co.

Sep 15,2023As some other clients have alluded too, we also had a bit of a bumpy ride due to the current market, and it wasn't plain sailing for us either. However(!), Ann Wood, Senior Negotiator at DM & Co. was absolutely brilliant throughout and she made it happen for us. She was really responsive (even on days off... and in evenings (sorry Ann)), was polite, professional, compassionate and kept my husband and I calm throughout. Ann also has a great sense of humour, at appropriate moments, and together with Emma Chance, Property Co-ordinator, they were excellent communicators, thank you. DM & Co. are a brand we were proud to be associated with, I also appreciated the regular communications on social media, "How's the Solihull property market Dom...?": helped me feel informed on the bigger picture throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM & co. as trusted Estate Agents who know the market well. Thanks all!

Sep 14,2023When you’re buying a home, you need a real estate partner who totally understands what you are looking for and will pull out every stop to find and secure it. We were lucky enough to have Ann Wood at DM&Co working with us. Even when it looked like we might miss out on our first choice property, Ann found a way to make it happen. Ann was available even late evenings to help and guide us. Without Ann we would never have found the property we love. Amazing service start to finish.a really BIG thank you to Ann

Sep 08,2023Everything about DM & Co selling my house was just remarkable. Peter Faithfull the Branch Manager/Valuer was helpful with valuing the house and open to discussions with the asking price. He was polite, professional, and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Ann Wood the Sales Executive was amazing. I was selling the house due to a bereavement, and she showed such compassion it was remarkable. Ann and the whole team would always email me with the viewings and provide feedback straightaway. Ann was always honest and helpful when I had an offer and advised me if it was a good offer or not and which potential buyers would be the best way forward. Ann went above and beyond and the week before the house completed, I advised her I needed a gardener to do the lawn as I wanted it to look nice for the buyers and she recommended someone. I have already recommended DM & Co to someone, and they are equally as pleased as I am. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Professional, polite, friendly, approachable, proactive, and brilliant communicators.

Although, in the current market it was not always plain sailing, Ann demonstrated such tenacity & resilience I never had doubts. Now that the sale of the property is complete I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at DM & Co. but particularly Ann for a job very well done.

Elaine was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and we would definitely go back to the same estate agents and request her as our sales consultant again, when the time comes to sell our next property.

We had a lot riding on a successful and quick sale process and Ann did everything she could to make that happen. There were ups and downs, some stresses along the way (and I’m sure we annoyed Ann towards the end) but she stuck with us throughout. Thanks DM and thanks Ann for all your help.
