Dec 06,2023My experience with Alex Griffiths of DM & Co. Homes was great because he introduced me a much desirable property when we have missed the second best property option to buy. Though there were bumps in the process of purchase, Alex helped resolving for a fair deal among parties with constant follow-up. The outcome was a satisfactory one.

Dec 05,2023We highly recommend DM & Co as a first class Agent. They have been professional, efficient and helpful throughout all the ups and downs of selling our house. Kathy, Elaine and Victoria made sure we knew exactly what was going on at all times and were brilliant to work with, friendly and courteous at all times. Buying and selling can be a challenging process at times, so having an agent like DM & Co who have seen it all before really helps. You can have full confidence in their ability to smooth out the inevitable bumps in the road. Having now completed our sale, we are so pleased that we chose DM & Co and, if we moved again, we would choose them in a heartbeat!

I had a wonderful experience working with Ann Wood, she was such a brilliant, transparent, marvellous and persistent estate agent I have ever come across. She kept me in the loop all through the process, her proactive and sublime attitude of making things work quickly was remarkable . I thoroughly enjoyed working with her in my roller coaster ride of buying this house and honestly talking she supported me through multiple hurdles. I will surely recommend her as a magnificent estate agent.

It was my first property purchase so the process was new to me but both Amy and Victoria made everything so easy, regularly checking in with myself and both sets of solicitors to make sure that everything moved along quickly. They were available to answer any questions throughout and made it all simple!

Oct 30,2023As a client who has recently purchased a property through DM & CO I would endorse evie law in particular as someone who came across as passionate, articulate and knowledgeable of the property process whilst always conducting herself in a professional manner during our conversations over the phone or in person. During some difficult moments of the purchasing process evie showed a great deal of empathy, maturity, character and tact in dealing with the unusual set of circumstances unfolding keeping a cool head on young shoulders combined with her bubbly personality to chase the relevant parties to ensure a smooth conclusion to the process. As a purchaser it was heartening to see that endeavour and that she was willing to go that extra mile. I would endorse evie law in particular and DM and Co Homes to provide perspective purchasers a positive experience in search of their future home.

They literally bent over backwards to help and support me and my elderly father to secure a home close by my own home, which now ensures he’ll have support almost literally on his doorstep 24/7. I honestly cannot thank Ann and her team enough!!

Oct 19,2023Elaine was our agent at DM & Co and she was truly amazing. We’ve bought and sold a good few times and have had some not so great experiences in the past. She was very honest, (a rare quality found from previous estate agents in our opinion) caring and showed great tenacity at all times. She kept us up to date at all times and followed up everything she did with an email and text so we didn’t need to chase anything. Unfortunately our sale didn’t go through but we would have no problem at all recommending her to all our friends. She is a massive asset to DM & Co in our opinion and I would always ask to use her in the future. We also met a few more staff on the phone and in the office and every single one of them were very professional. A rare find and a gem of an agent .

Sep 29,2023We have recently sold and purchased whereby DM & Co were the agents for both parties. I must say that they did an excellent job all round, from the initial valuation by Peter Faithful, to the work on a daily basis by Ann Wood, Emma Chance and Amy. Ann was the person dealing specifically with both our sale and purchase. I cannot praise her enough, from her enthusiasm as regards our buyers, to the professionalism shown In dealing with our sellers, who were dealing with the issues selling a property subject of probate. Ann is able to reassure you, whilst at the same time being very honest and not frightened to ask difficult questions, which I have previously found some estate agents shy away from. Ann is also not afraid to give her own opinion when needed, which I found very refreshing. She does an excellent job. I found all of the staff extremely helpful and would always ensure that queries were answered. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone in the Solihull area .

Sep 27,2023I have dealt with DM&Co being a client (sale of my property) and as a customer (buyer of property they are selling) and they have been impeccable from both sides. When they were my estate agents they were proactive, professional, friendly and their market knowledge of Dorridge, Knowle and Lapworth is unrivalled. They keep you updated, they chase your buyers, they market your property thoughtfully (with excellent photos) and as a result sold mine before it even hit Right Move! Their fees are also very reasonable. I wouldn’t ever go with another agency to sell my home. As a buyer of a property marketed by them, they were equally impressive. They adopt a tailored approach just for you and really listen to what you are looking for as a buyer. Alex Griffiths in particular was brilliant - always available to speak, flexible to work round my busy schedule and he hand picked places (both on and off the market) for me to view. As a result of his hard work, I managed to find the perfect home for me within a couple of months and we managed to tie this in with my sale. I couldn’t recommend this agency more. Thanks team!

Sep 26,2023DM & Co were professional and responsive from the outset. We felt confident that they had built up relationships and a data base of potentially interested buyers for our property. True to their word Alex, a Sales Consultant at DM & Co organised for several prospective buyers to view our home within days of our giving the instructuon. After that weekend we had a buyer, and Alex then managed the sale process liaising between our buyer, and relevant parties. As a result the process was a smooth one, and took under 4 months from instruction to completion. Thank you to Alex and the team - would highly recommend.

From the moment I chose DM, Amy my consultant, has been brilliant....knowledgible, great communicator, open and informative[I've not sold a house before], professional and positive. I had great support from Amy's colleagues when she was out of the office, but she always called back when she returned . I could not have had a better experience.
