Sep 29,2018DM&Co Homes were the estate agents representing the vendors when we bought our home 4 years ago. Throughout the process I liaised directly with Dominic Murphy and was highly impressed by his flexible and professional approach. He reguarly made himself available outside of normal working hours on the 'phone and in person and was both straightforward and responsive when it came to handling final negotiations. Since then, DM&Co Homes have shown themselves to be an estate agents with a true community spirit. Dominic and I have kept in contact over the years and now collaborate frequently through a local community charitable organisation where DM&Co have kindly sponsored a number of our fund-raising events. I have no hesitation recommending Dominic and his team to anyone.

Sep 29,2018The guys at DM came and valued our house and arranged a couple of open weekends. Within 2 weeks we had 8 offers, most of which were above asking price. The DM team were proffessional and open throughout the process, supporting when required and offering wise advice. They have the personal touch that the large estate agents cannot give. Daniel Brookes has given us a 100% during what can be a stressful time. Thanks Daniel.

Daniel Brookes who oversaw the sale was brilliant as there were a few challenges along the way in the chain. He kept us regularly updated and followed through on all questions we asked. Without him we feel the chain would have broken down. A special thank you to Daniel. Would highly recommend them..

I believe they are the best estate agents in the area ,Starting my journey until completion has been much more relaxing and this was due to the excellent service at each stage. Starting with Gareth then Olivia and my property was on the market very quick. Then Daniel Brookes special thanks to him for making it all possible. The staff worked effectively and very efficiently together and Dan thanks for answering all my concerns no matter how big or small,you have been very supportive and helpful throughout. Overall brilliant service and many thanks to you all,no regrets about estate agents at all. I would highly recommend DM&Co to anyone looking to sell their property and making the journey stress free..

We were mainly working with Daniel Brookes, and I would like to say special thanks to him for being amazingly professional and also for being very helpful and supportive when sometimes things did not go as expected with our sale, which I think is very important as selling house can be very stressful. Jul 23,2018DM&Co. provided us with excellent service at each stage from home valuation to completion. Their personalised approach made the viewings and the sale go to plan. Olivia, Dan and Gareth led us through the process and we have sold our house at a full asking price. They also recommended a solicitor who was very good. Overall it was a pleasure to deal with all at DM&Co!

Jul 19,2018Honest, professional and genuinely care. I would get regular calls on updates on the house we were buying. Sometimes I found certain individuals a bit pushy and as if they didn't appreciate how hard I was trying to get things to go through however upon reflection it was because they were so passionate about achieving a date that their seller wanted. I dealt with a guy called Daniel who was the model professional empathetic, kind and thoughtful - never pushy but always direct. He was a joy to work with.

May 23,2018I shopped around estate agencies and had various ones come and look at my house etc, what made me want to go with dm and co? The biggest selling point was how much Olivia seemed to care about me and my house. I just knew that Olivia and her team would make the sale personal which is what I wanted. The fact that dm & co aren't a franchise or a huge corporate entity, makes their customer approach that bit different and much more superior to other estate agencies. Both Gareth and Dan were also wonderful throughout the whole process, keeping in contact with me on a regular basis. I highly recommend dm&co!!

Always available when you needed them, had a great level of knowledge on the property and surrounding area which genuinely helped our potential buyers - they made what can be a stressful process as easy as it possibly could be. And more recently being a potential buyer with them too, the level of service is exactly the same. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!
