Mar 02,2025I pre ordered jeans that were due in January, which then changed to February and then changed to March. During this time there was absolutely no communication from the company to keep you informed - I found out the changed expected date from the website. Poor customer service.

Feb 23,2025The service provided by Ana via What’s App, in my quest to find the best size and fit of jumpsuit, was exceptional. I ordered the Cassandra in two different sizes, as I’m in between sizes at the moment, unfortunately, one was a bit too small and the other a bit too big. Because it’s such a fitted style, it was important for the sizing to be perfect. I’ll go for a less fitted style, suggest sizing up.

Feb 20,2025I love the outfit. I ordered it before Christmas but didn't realise this was a pre-order item (I didn't see this when I was paying) so had to wait until February to get it - obviously I was disappointed. However, it was worth the wait as the item is fabulous.

I already have a different colour and it was a heck of a lot more but soooooo worth it, I wear it often, constantly complimented on it, the style, the fit, so I was itching to get another colour and as though by magic Donna Ida had a sale🎉 Delivery was quick and I was constantly updated by both Donna Ida and the carrier whilst on its journey to me. Packaged well, great box, lovely message inside. Totally chuffed. Love me a bit of Donna Ida, I now own 4 of their jumpsuits and all are incredible.
