Mar 03,2023Ordering was simple and delivery was commendably rapid. However the Byron 720K Wired simple ding dong doorbell kit with transformer BYR-720K, which I ordered made a most feeble sound. It would probably be fine if the bell was mounted in your living room but I had to site mine in the hallway and couldn't hear it ring if I was in any other room. I suppose it's my fault for buying the cheapest doorbell kit I could find. Nevertheless, I feel Doorbellworld should bear some responsibility and should give guidance and information about the relative loudness of the products they sell. I've learnt from my mistake. This kit will probably go to a car-boot sale.

Mar 01,2023I bought a bellpush with light. The light consumed so much power that the bell rang permanently once the button was pressed. The retailer should be aware of this fault. I threw away the button and retained the faceplate, and bought a far better button without a light from another supplier.

Jan 15,202315 Dec 2022 I ordered a bell from Doorbell World for £40. They debited my account the following day. It is now 15 Jan 2023. I have not received my order and they do not respond to my enquiries via email and their website. I think this is appalling. What canI do to recover my money? Do not try to do business with these peole.
