Aug 21,2022Emailed twice with queries about the product, as doorbell receivers and push button weren't paired. Received no reply. Eventually phoned - got no apology for lack of email response. Explanation of how to pair the receivers was clear and simple.

Aug 09,2022The service was good to correct my order mistake, and the correct order arrived quite quickly. However, there was a fault with the bell mechanism(no ding dong!) which was suggested by my telephone enquiry to company was a battery issue which it wasn't. It was a wiring connection problem. Luckily our family member/engineer spotted the problem and all working fine. Easier than a returns process etc. Overall bell looks good and now works well. But beware of the connection issue.

Jul 28,2022Placed an order on the 20th July for wireless doorbell - 8 days later, I still have not had any update - emails not replied to, phone constantly engaged, just managed to get through on an on line chat today to be told being sent today - no apology or reason given for delay - and told it may take another 4 days to arrive. I hope it does. Extremely poor customer service and order delivery lead times. BE AWARE.

Jul 21,2022I have a wired to mains doorbell and needed a wireless extention so we could hear the doorbell in the garden. My original purchase from doorbell world was not the correct choice so I phoned, told them what i needed and was sent the correct wireless extender on return of the incorrect one. No fuss, no bother. It's now wired in and works perfectly. Thank you.
