Nov 06,2022I bought a doorbell from this company a good few years ago, and they have always been helpful giving advice when it wasn't working properly. Recently it reached the end of its working life and I decided to get another one. Given my past experience it made sense to buy from the same company, the ordering process was easy to do online and the new bell arrived promptly. It is now fitted and working well!

Oct 31,2022Easy to order from, swift delivery, very pleased with the new DB 102 plug in door bell & bell push, only small problem is that I cannot pair the old chime DB 302 with strobe lights with the new chime even when following the instructions provided & internet instructions too, but my 90 year old partially deaf mother can still hear the new doorbell in every room of her bungalow, but misses the strobe light which did help her.

Dorbell World had a classical wireless dorbell in robust design. The Package arrived after only four days from the UK to Germany. Installation was easy and signal is very good.

Oct 09,2022Customer service so helpful…..I ordered what I thought was going to o be the right doorbell but turned out not to work with our door. We were able to return it and reorder, with a refund going through very quickly. The new item was slightly delayed and we were phoned to inform us and ask if we were prepared to wait. It was only a matter of days so all in all we were very happy . The new doorbell is ideal.

Oct 06,2022I ordered 2 Honeywell Home doorbell products. One was as specified on the order acknowledgement but the other one was not as specified. This will have to be returned and there will be a delay before I hopefully receive the correct product. Somewhat frustrating as it held up the completion of a job.
