Jan 06,2023I have been trying to find a proper door BELL (not chimes) for about 10 years. I had given up. After Christmas I thought I’d try again. Following an internet search, I rang Doorbellworld and spoke to a very helpful man who directed me to the right page on the website. I bought the set of two bells immediately and they were delivered two days later. They were extremely easy to fit. I could not be more delighted!

Nov 15,2022I bought BY102 Chime which didn't work with DIC-23712. Doorbell accepted to take return of this and suggest which chime will work with DIC-23712. Harry Davies was very helpful and knowledgeable to support me on this. Appreciate his help.

Nov 10,2022The two extra chimes received were not compatible with the ones of the same make previously installed. I t seems that you have modified the design so that these new ones will not respond to the original doorbell push.
