Jul 12,2022The bells are fine though the tunes are not all to our taste, in fact only one is. The bell push has to be pulled away from the sticky pad or the pad away from the wall, to change the battery. This is very unsatisfactory. Having since had various conversations with Richard at Doorbell World he has kindly agreed to send me, free of charge, the plate that goes behind the bell push and is attached to the wall. That is service.

Jul 13,2022I had "Lightwave" whose push button failed. The company denied knowledge of such a device so I searched for a replacement. This looks very similar except for the push button. It will need newer batteries for the bell as I transferred the older ones to it. But this one currently works, we shall have to see if the push button survives any rain over the winter.
