Aug 05,2020The State Rd location is always extremely helpful and professional. The receptionist Makenzie greeted us and made us feel right at home. You can tell as soon as you walk in that the leadership in that branch is stellar and they really care about their staff. Great leaders produce happy employees. Makenzie was waiting for us and had everything ready as soon as we stepped up to the desk. The branch felt clean and safe during this pandemic.

Aug 03,2020When I showed up for my appointment, I was seen almost immediately. My loan specialist was clear and concise, answering all of my questions, and was extremely helpful. Usually taking out a loan can be very stressful, but overall it was a very good experience. I will definitely be looking to Dort Federal for all my family’s future lending needs.
