The gentleman that helped me was very kind and although I wasn't able to open my checking account that day, it was because I was late on my car payment and he assured me that once I made that payment that we would be able to open the account with no problem. I have another appointment today to open the new account.

Mortgage department very slow and impossible to contact anyone with questions or inquiries. Took 2 months to complete home improvement loan.

We were referred to Dort Federal by a friend for a personal loan and were very pleased with the process and service. Micayla made our loan application process effortless and was very personable. We were extremely impressed with DFCU's professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. We will be moving more of our assets to this institution and conduct more of our financial transactions there. Dort is a great asset to the community. Thank You!

I applied for a $2000 loan and was told that the best they would do is pay my rent and consumer bill for a total of $1300. The agent said that is all the lender would do. I've always paid my loans on time and been a member of this credit union for three years now. When I went to close on the loan the personal banker said I was approved for $2000 of bills to be paid. That's not what the lady told me before closing. I really felt like I was being treated as a irresponsible member to have them pay my bills and not just loan me the $2000.

The first call I made to customer service member services was unsuccessful the second call later that afternoon with a different member representative was very successful

After making an appointment online, I open a new business account in person. It was easy and quick. Afterwards, I made a deposit to my new account using virtual teller automation.

I was provided with basic info that's all. No offer of additional help. My request to sign up for online banking while I was there was answered with "you can go online and do it yourself.

My visit was Great. I was well taken care of by my loan officer. She made sure I understood the process and reviewed the terms with me. The information had not been discussed with me prior to coming in. I had applied online. The appointment was rather lengthy but I was satisfied with the outcome.
