The experience in the branch was great. May have taken longer than expected, but I was able to open the desired accounts and get everything set up. My issue was with the website when I attempted to set up my online access. There is something seriously wrong with their site, causing my computer to label it as INSECURE and a THREAT. Unfortunately, not a single person was able to help me correct their problem (and I spoke with 5 different people), and I now have to wait six days before even speaking with a tech person to start to have the problem resolved. That is rather frustrating.
