Apr 11,2020Getting the phone call and letting me know what to do went really well. But when I got to bank I had no idea they had the new virtual teller machines. It took a long time. The girls that was helping me was new so that is part of the reason it took so long. We were almost done and the teller asked if it would be okay to have a hold on the check I was depositing and I said that it was an IRA rollover. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to make an appointment and I said that I did and I was told to come through drive thru and deposit check into my account and then person I spoke to would withdraw funds once I emailed her that the funds were deposited. I was put on hold and she spoke to the bank person I spoke to and it was confirmed. Today, I still have not seen that the money was withdrawn for the IRA.

Apr 10,2020Amazing.I made an apt. to get into my safety deposit box.When I arrived a young man named Tyler let me in the door and already had my file pulled up I also went on line to ask for an extension on my car payment. I seemed to be having a problem and called th Call Center and someone answered right away and transferred me to the branch I use.Again someone answered right away. A lady named Shawn helped me step by step and I submitted my request. I got a reply the following day.Thank you Dort Financial.
