May 03,2021This place is a joke I have been on the phone numerous times trying to contact someone!!!!! Over 50min almost every time this credit union is terrible all calls go through a call center!!!!!! But they don’t answer!!!! It was faster for me to get in my car drive 20 min to get help!!! What a shame just think of customers your loosing because of a CALL CENTER!!!! what would happen if I was out of state on vacation and needed to talk to someone for help???? I’m out this place used to be a great place but going down hill fast!!!!! Fix your issues

May 03,2021We have been with Dort Credit Union since the early 1960's. We've never wanted to go anywhere else as they always have been great. They are friendly and so helpful if there is a problem. We have always highly recommended them to anyone looking for financial needs.

Feb 26,2021We just drove thru Davisons drive thru. We had Shoronda as our teller. This is like the 5th experience that we have had over the past year. You could not pay that lady enough for the customer experience she always gives. Friendly, joyous contagious happiness. We love her and I hope she gets to at least get the verbal attaboy that she so richly deserves. Dort is incredibly blessed to have employees like her.

Jun 26,2021I had the best experience ever with Jody and Amber at the Hill road location in Burton. I came In extremely nervous but on a referral from a friend. They stated that Dort had the best F&B among any other credit union that they tried and the best customer experience. I was slightly nervous about going in due to my current bankruptcy and not having luck finding a financial institution willing to work with me. Not only did you guys work with me, I am blown away at the benefits and programs available to me as a member here. The $1000 loan option you’re offering will be life changing! Truly! These two lovely ladies were extremely professional, courteous, and patient. I had a million questions about the process and your programs and they answered each one! I never once felt like a number with you guys. They took the time and explained the programs that could benefit me the most given my interesting and different financial situation I’m currently experiencing. My appointment lasted at least an hour and was so informative. I am so happy to finally find a financial institution that sees me as a person instead of a number. Thank you Jody and Amber! I will see you ladies in 90 days to take out my first loan! ❤️
