Everything was great got my new card no problems
She didn't activate my new card. She advised me to get in a line that stretched around the block, instead of just going in & activating it. She said, it wasn't their policy... Well, shouldn't your policy be, to cater to the members cuz, we are why you are there ! That was last wknd. it's now going to be Wed. morning & I still don't have an active card ! ............ DO WE SEE A PROBLEM HERE ???
Handled my issue with the upmost respect and kindness.
It was just a quick stop, treated well as usual & they adhered to social distancing & masks were worn..
