May 19,2020i was told one thing and then told something else by another person. The virtial tellers machine suck. Also want to make a truck payment , using a check from another bank and can't. Where is the customer service? I think the money that is spent on the sports center, should be used of improving customer service. I have to park in the street to get to a drive up teller. I needed a new debit card and told to use the night deposit box, I also wanted to deposit some cash and deposit my unemployment check. I was told since I didn't have a pin number for my debit card , I had to drive to a different Dort location to have a teller. Why couldn't the terrible speaking English lady do it all for me. Customer service?will I ever haer from you? we'll see.
