I was able to walk in and sit down with a representative from my bank, but no with Dort Financial even after my daughter was told we could. I am not happy with this

When I had a problem with my debit card dort fed was on the job. They quickly to care of the issue got me a new card. Never been happier! Thank you all for an outstanding job!
I was disappointed in the fact dort federal didn’t allow me to skip my loan during the pandemic. Only allowed for 2 months when the state is still on lock down till the middle of the month. They are still getting paid the high interest so why they couldn’t help me out during this crisis baffles me.
Great process and great people. Issue is the day of my appointment it was cancelled and I had to go thru the drive thru and waited 45 minutes.
Applied for auto loan, took several days and repeated emails and phone calls on my part to get this done. I understand with the challenges we all face that the delay was probably due to personnel shortages, but a return phone call or email for an update would have been appreciated.
Handle my issue quickly always friendly staff. Thank you stay safe!

I had a great experience gettin my preapproval for my auto loan, i was hoping to get the 2.99 apr rate but was told it was for those with a 730 or higher credit score, which I did not see stated in the ad. Other than that I’m satisfied!
Kristin was extremely professional, but more importantly, she made me feel like she knew the level of frustration my problem had caused me. She was just a very pleasant human being and interaction like that is rare these days. She deserves a "Kudos" for how she helped me. As a side note, I was a 911 Central dispach supervisor for 20 years. I feel like I have a bit of an advantage over the average caller in what to expect. I would hire her in a second, if I was still working. I like retirement too much to go back to that presssure cooker I worked at. Again, please put paper in her file that reflects her efforts.
