I've been with Dort Financial twice . And obviously came back because of the outstanding service.
The cashier takes to long to process request!! I pulled up to post sent in request 10 people was waited on before I asked what was taking so long and she responded “were working on it” A total of 15 people /car was complete before the cashier finished my request and cars behind me start honking their car horns‼️ It took the cashier 30 minutes to complete my transaction ‼️

During this time I was amazed that I got my card canceled for me leaving in the machine at the bank so quick. I girl was so kind and helped me thru the cancel and explain how I needed to call and replace it. Within 24 hrs I had a new card thats usable as credit but still usable with the pin in 7 to 10 days. Thank you Girls for helping me in this trying time. Big hugs
I believe Dort financial is a trusted financial institution. I have been aware of Dort since my childhood years and was proud to become a member after graduating college. However; there is always room for improvement. The customer service is excellent and my inside experience is always pleasant. I think Dort should offer more educational educational programs to the community. I have observed a lot of millennials in and out of the branch. As a millennial I am egar to save and spend money. I am also interested in technology and often searching for ways to invest. To gain the participation and trust of new and future clients the credit union should focus on fostering relationships with the community. 🌸🌸🌸🌸 Not only will this build and extended the Legacy of Dort Financial, It will also offer an opportunity for new clients to extend their families legacy. I have observed the traffic of the financial institution, the positive atmosphere, and the level of trust. In these times, becoming partners with the community is essential. News letters that include more than life insurance offers would be a start. 🌸🌸🌸🌸 While social distancing is going on it may be a good time to build on the brand using Social Media platforms. 🌸🌸🌸 This will eventually lead to more activity on the companies website. From there you can build a digital community. 🌸🌸🌸🌸 I would appreciate a monitored Dort Financial community engagement page that offers positive feedback, updated Information, and growth. 🌸🌸🌸🌸 Over all, the tellers and personal bankers are Outstanding! I have nothing but great things to say about Dort FCU. Everyone who has helped me, at all of the locations I have been to, have done their jobs well and shown me patience and kindness. During this stressful time I want to thank Carolyn at the Davison Rd, Flint location for going above and beyond in getting me the paperwork I needed without having to come in. I am so glad I bank with a local credit union that cares about the community.

Due to COVID-19, was not able to assist me in opening a business account. Was told that there is no process for opening a business account at the Grand Blanc location. Huntington Bank has a process. I no longer am in need of services. Thank you.
The staff at DFU was very helpful and had my new card ready for me during pick-up!

My credit card was frauded and the credit union made it easy to get a new card without putting anyone at a health risk.
