Dec 17,2022It had been some time since me and my partner were looking for apartments in London, and we were getting frustrated as the places we saw that had been posted one day weren’t available that same day anymore after speaking to the agent. One afternoon, I got a call from Jordana to see if I had found a place yet. After speaking for some time, she said that I would love the place that I had contacted her about: and she couldn’t be more right! Everything from then on was easy and went smoothly: she organised for us a visit the next morning, took our offer quickly to the landlord, helped us secure it and got all paperwork done immediately - all happening during the weekend. We were very excited to move in, and it certainly met all our expectations! Thank you Jordana - you were super helpful, friendly and managed the process in a way that we didn’t have any anxieties- only excitement!

Dec 06,2022Needing to move to London at short notice, Ben Spanton was able to find us the ideal property within one day. We had met with various other letting agents (at other firms) that same day and been disappointed with the properties available. On meeting with Ben, he was very positive and showed us a range of beautiful properties to let within our price range. Ben discussed whether the properties aligned with our priorities and then showed us a final property which he believed to suit us best. Ben was then able to arrange a viewing immediately and took us over to the property. The property was in brilliant condition, in a fantastic location, and met every single criteria that we had requested. Ben was brilliant at quickly arranging all of the documents etc. and organising discussions with the landlord. We have been renting the flat for over six months now and are extremely happy with the service that was provided for us. I highly recommend using Ben to help you find a property!

We’ve mainly been dealing with Mo Kanso, who has been extremely efficient and very accessible and has made the administrative side of things easy and stress free. The team did a nice job of advertising the property and they all came out to familiarise themselves with it just before it was put on the market. George Landon carried out most of the viewings in our property and secured a suitable tenant for us. George has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His manner is refreshingly calm and courteous and he has been great at giving us feedback on viewings and at making sure we were informed on various issues as necessary. From his side, the tenant has also shared positive feedback in his dealing with George, which was reassuring to hear.
