He was on hand to answer any questions I had and was extremely professional and trustworthy. While I have yet to move into my flat, I have been very satisfied with the support I have received thus far, and would definitely recommend Draker Lettings / Ben to anyone looking for their next home!

Even with the disastrous state of the renters market in London at the moment, Ben was able to find us a flat which met all of our needs and was in our budget. He was always super quick to reply and very professional. Being students, we have had some estate agents be patronising and unhelpful, however Ben did not treat us any different which was lovely.

We had about a week to find a decent place in Fulham and he made it possible when other agencies sometimes hadn’t even answered to phone calls or emails. Great agents! I definitely recommend!

Oct 07,2022Our situation was incredibly unique in that we had only flown in for the weekend to preview homes. We inquired online about a number of properties ahead of time and started hearing from hundreds of agents (the US Market is different - its one agent per listing). As you can imagine, we were inundated with replies, so for an agent to stand out in this type of environment would prove quite difficult. Beyond his diligence in communications from afar, Mo Kanso from Draker graciously made himself available to us in real-time once we got to London, happily setting up showings for us (despite last minute requests), and worked his savvy to see to it that we got to see each one - same day, no less! Market demand is unprecedented at this time, so this was no small feat. We took to Mo the moment he greeted us- his warm energy and professionalism made us feel immediately comfortable and trusting. In looking back, Mo was actually one of the first agents to respond to me AND the last to stick with me through a chaotic few days (and through quite the chaotic market). All this said, the grand finale for Mo (and for us) was that he pulled off a miracle - arranging a showing at the 11th hour! He and an agent from another company offered, and I decided to choose Mo because of our very positive experience with him that morning. He was even kind enough to pick us up with all of our luggage AND politely offered to help us get to the airport- this before any commitment on our end. Mo was actually able to coordinate the showing with the owner on hand, and he navigated it subtly and beautifully. We immediately fell in love with the home and committed to signing with Draker on the spot due to Mo’s hard work, kindness and flexibility. I couldn’t recommend Mo Kanso enough - we wouldn’t have left London with a home secured for 2023 if it hadn’t been for him. Thank you so much, Mo!

George has never let us feel that way and he has been exceptional in his communication with us and has made us feel very comfortable. Sep 29,2022Awful, I recommend you go elsewhere. We dealt with the Chelsea office. We were required to act promptly and paid a lot of money for a flat. We were assured it would be in good order and the issues dealt with promptly. The flat manager is the cleaner and doesn’t reply nor speak good English. We don’t have heating and many issues aren’t being dealt with. We don’t even have keys to locks on exterior doors. There are lots of issues and we pay over £100 k a year. Drakers was aware of previous tenant discontent with flat but did not disclose. They respond a and are charming but divest any responsibility and their interest seems only to secure their tenancy fee and not ensure a reasonable property for the tenant. We are considering legal action

Unsatisfied I have payed in advance for a flat and when I arrived to my surprise there was no water the heating does not work and the lamp in the room does not work either. And now it has been one week and none of them has been fixed and they even provide me a place where to stay, thus I’m currently staying in hotel with my own money!

Sep 17,2022My experience has been very disappointing/frustrating. 1) the flat I rented with them was not marketed properly. When I moved in I found out that furniture present during my viewing was missing. 2) Draker didn’t manage the property but they assured me that the landlord was responsive and they had good contact with/knew the landlord well. Wrong again. They can’t get hold of the landlord. 3) The process of getting out of the deal was painful too. All of a sudden everything on my side had to be sorted asap. But when I asked something from them they took all the time in the world. 4) I have moved out since 1.5 months and I am still waiting on the refund of my deposit.

Sep 17,2022Since April 2022 our family moves to Fulham Broadway thanks to the great work done by Ben Spanton. As time goes fast and a lot of things is needed to seatled down as a family in a new town / country, I still have issues to be done, such as opening a local bank account. Due to that, I am strugling to fulfill some burocratic details that I have received from the Bank, and I have asked Ben'support to help me to provide a cover letter expressing details about myself and the tenant agreement with our Landlord/Landlady. After 4 months of ending his obligation as a real estate agent, Ben still has been fully available to support any demand that we have, giving all support with great attention. Really impressive!
