She is extremely efficient and one can always feel that she honestly wants to help as much as she can. She was wonderful to me and my flatmates when we were desperately looking for an alternative accommodation after our flat burn down and she made everything easier for us. She has an amazing work ethic.

From the our first call, Sam has been incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgable. Throught out the process, he has made us feel valuable and has patiently answered all our questions and advised on our concerns with excellence. I cannot describe how impressed we have been with his communication style and responsiveness. Through out the process he has made sure all questions are answered, went above and beyond his normal working hours to ensure we are informed on the latest and been on the phone/whatsapp with us to update, advise and answer all our questions. He has been excellent in advising us on how to structure a lucrative offer without us feeling pressured; the perfect balance of politeness, expertise and eye to land a deal - very rare to see this in the London rental market especially in the current market environment.
