More important in my view, Mo is completely on top of the details, from financial arrangements to utility hand-overs. Many firms are just interested in the deal, not the follow-through. I really appreciate that level of personal commitment.

Oct 22,2022I rented a flat for my wife and three kids for 8 weeks for £3,500/week. The agents and landlord promised to fix the fridge but it took until teh final week to have a working fridge. We left the place in exactly the same condition as when we got there but teh landlord wanted to charge us £6,500. Drakers said the landlord had a reputation for doing this but that there was nothing they could do. They also advised that they would pay her from the deposit and we would have to take her to court. Is the landlord worse or the agent who enables them?
