Despite finding a place by luck with a private landlord, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Draker again in the future! I’d highly recommend them and Kimia was fantastic - both extremely personable and professional.

Nov 20,2021I popped into Draker Lettings just after a viewing near the Fulham Road and was getting quite tired of the whole viewings and letting process in London. It’s been a very busy time in the London market but unfortunately that’s given some agents the motivation to make the process more difficult for prospective tenants. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the agent in Drakers, Jordan, really sit down and listen to what I was after. Even more refreshing was the service I received over the next few days, with plenty of follow up and being thorough with checking in. I was looking for something immediately available so sadly couldn’t go ahead and let through Drakers, but the level of service I received made me want to! I will definitely return if am looking in the market again and recommend to others looking for a professional, yet personalised, experience.

She contacted me for a place that might fit our needs, and upon a really positive viewing, she did everything in her power to speed the process along.
