Aug 10,2022I had the pleasure of working directly with Mo Kanso at Draker Lettings and I could not have had a better experience. The property is top notch as is Mo and the team. My communication with Mo was timely and with accurate information. Appointments and deadlines were met on time, if not ahead of schedule. An absolute pleasure to work with Mo and Draker Lettings. I recommend the team and will seek their listings AND Mo should needs arise. You too will have the confidence in Mo and the lettings he represents.

Jul 30,2022AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Mo is probably one of the most unprofessional, rude and straight up incompetent agents we have ever met! Not only was he rude to us, but they wasted 7 days of our time. This fool, asked us for the deeds to our residential property', and we provided this, even though if he wanted it, he should have done his job as an agent and got it himself. But ask yourself, what sort of an agent asks for deeds to your properties just as a reference to rent a property in London? none! We provided proof of the substantial cash savings and millions in property owned. But he kept messing us around everyday, asking us for more and more documentation, all of which was provided. He ILLEGALLY sent us an assured shorthold tenancy agreement and told us that the landlord would hold the deposit and not the DPS and I had to point this out and let him know it had to be a non assured shorthold tenancy agreement. I had to do his job for him. At the end we decided to pull out, as he was wasting so much of our time and we needed to move into a rental property quickly. This guy is a crook and so to his company. (i would love to attach the proof if truspilot would let me)

My rental experience was very positive. Also, the agency offers an online payment method that is linked directly to banks and allows you to make prompt transfers for deposits.

In very difficult circumstances he never gave up and we finally got the service from a third party that we required. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement.
