I thought i had found a new company that could help my business. Instead, i got disappointed. I got convainced after reading the site, talking to 2 customers reps and decided to file an application. So far so good. I get a call the next day to submit documents which I do. Then boom... no feedback for a whole week, i had to reach out to them to get updates. At the end, i end up speaking to some customer rep with no authority reading from a script and can't provide answers. They only look at 25% of my revenues ignoring 200K in revenues and somehow, they can't re-consider. This felt like the government where nobody cares about you, you are a number and they can't even transfer you to a person that is willing to answer quesiton. All in all a very bad experience!!!

This company quoted me at near 45% interest the first time I inquired, however the second time I got less than half the rate. This allowed us to take the deal and it helped push us into our expansion project with ease. Thank you!
