We were reffered here by my accountant to speak to Zauraze very kind gentleman and told me and my husband how this program really works in professional/honest manner But the fantastic work from Sophie, Jason and Saad was amazing and made it happen thank you so much for everything you said what it is and did exactly that, still the rate is a bit high but it's fair I would recommend this big company to everyone Thank you so much

I was a previous customer with thinking capital a couple of years ago and in September of this year I applied for another loan. I began to speak to Matt and he was very professional I provided all the documents they required and the funding was in my account within the week. I did speak to staff with in the company and all of them were courteous and professional as well. Overall my experience was professional and quick

This was my first loan and I had a fantastic experience with two individuals in particular, Guyane and Kassa. Extremely polite, accommodating, and kind. I would suggest this company to anyone looking for a smooth, headache free situation. 5 stars for sure!

We appreciate that Jason & Sophie with Thinking Capital worked very hard to provide us with substantial Financing for our Construction Company. Thinking Capital came through for us at a very financially challenging time and gave us the attention we needed. We would recommend Thinking Capital to small or large Businesses looking for a low stress application process and financing option. The team at Thinking Capital worked endlessly to achieve our goal and our only complaint would be that they were "too diligent" with collecting information from us.

Thinking Capital....Finally an institution that's invested in the best interests of its customers. I've spent the past year working tirelessly to grow my new business. I've approached all the chartered banks and credit unions seeking a lending partner that will allow my business to grow and exceed my year one targets. Regardless of strong revenue, high ebitida, and a perfect commercial credit score, not a single bank would invest in the future of my company. These institutions inundate the market with nothing but rhetoric of how they are committed to small business which is simply a lie and quite frankly, false advertising. I am now on my second financing term with Thinking Capital and while the interest may be higher than the chartered banks, I've never once felt (or been treated) like my business wasn't worthy of their time and continually experienced a level of service that is outstanding. If you're reading this review and considering whether Thinking Capital is a good fit, be sure to contact Guyane Hebert-Potter (customer service agent) before you make your decision. She's exceptional (as are their entire staff) and will treat you as you should be treated, like a valued customer. I have had two experiences with TC both have been fairly seamless. I am reviewing only my last advance. I've dealt with 2 different representatives from the company (not including buyout Dept., top up dept., etc - Sophie Dehon is very good as well) and although both did their job, the service I received from Cordia was exceptional. She's capable, educated on the services and programs, calm, humorous and responds to email. Her ability to not make the client feel pressured - in your business - is a strong attribute. Dealing with Cordia Tsoi was a breeze. She kept me updated on every step and I really felt in good hands. I would have have given 5 stars but last minutes requirements which I explained were not at all relevant brought the great experience to a stop. I was even assigned a new customer service rep. and felt like starting from scratch again. I was ready to let go. But again my hero Cordia came to the rescue and everything was finalized in a timely manner.

Great experience. Dominique was very helpful from start to finish. The whole team was very respectful. The whole process took 4 business days and got approved for 20K where regular banks won't even look at my file. Thanks again

Lots of last minute document were requested which delayed the process a bit. Other than that whatever they promised was delivered. Maybe during the initial screening they should be upfront as to what exactly is required by the credit department.
