The hours of my business are listed on our website yet I have received several calls from your call centre wondering where payment is when we are closed from Sat to Tues. It gets very frustrating having to explain this over and over again.

First filling the online form was easy. The follow-up took 3 days, which is ok. After the initial contact money was in my account 2 days latter. I needed the money the grow the distribution side of my retail business. The boutique is open since 2014 and I went to see my bankers for a cask flow loan but was refused because the company is to young. Thanks to Thinking Capital and their financial strategy, it will help me grow quicker.
