We went to Easy Bathroom Staples corner on Saturday 30th Nov. to Staples corner, and then again on Sunday 1st Dec. in Watford branch. We informed the sales person (Matt) that we require to purchase entire new bathroom but the only caveat to us is, we need all the material delivered by Thursday 6th of December. We had builder lined up to start work from Thursday 6th Dec. and we needed the work to be done in our New House within 1 weeks' time as we had furniture delivery coming in the weekend after this work is completed. We were promised at this point that we will get everything delivered on Thursday 5th Dec. and we made purchase or £4200 which went in the sales budget of Watford branch and they were happy about our purchase since it would go in their yearly sales target. On Monday 2nd Dec. we got an email from salles person (Matt) apologising and saying that one of the items will be delivered on 9th Dec. rather than 6th Dec. We accepted his apologies as the item was not essential to be in had to get the work started and we can work with this item being delivered later. On Thursday 5th Dec. I had a missed call at 7:54am, since my daughter was unwell all night, I didn't realise there was a missed call, so I called back at 8:23am (29Mins. Later). Upon calling I had a delivery driver saying that they are outside of my property waiting for us to receive the delivery. (We were told that we will be called an hour before the delivery comes). Thankfully my new house is only 7 mins. Walk away from my old house, so my husband reached the property as quickly as he can. (Didn't have enough time to have a shower either). Upon arriving at the property, the delivery drivers left everything on curb side including the big wooden pallet leaving it with us to work out how to destroy it. My husband had to bring all the material inside the house including heavy items such as tiles and bath tubs etc. as it was raining and we can't afford the boxes to get wet and items to get damaged, in case we have to return it. Once we checked each box and items, we realised that there were 4 items missing. Upon complaining in Staples Corner branch the sales man (Matt) really apologised to us and sounded really genuine about it. He said he can only try his best and he will try to get things delivered as early as 9th Dec. Monday. He said let me try and see how I can get the missing items delivered as early as possible. But after this initial call with easy bath we staples corner, every time I called Matt was busy with other customers and we kept getting msg that we will call you back, which didn't happen any time soon. When I complained in Watford branch manager Andrew (The one who was very happy to get our sale added in his branch which will boosting his yearly KPI), His reply was ''there is nothing he can do about it, as this was Matt from Staples corner branch who done the sale, and That I shouldn't have booked a builder without knowing that the full delivery has arrived.'' He also said '' that it's not his responsibility and that I am being unfair by making such complaint'' All in all Brilliant service Given by Matt the Staples corner salesman who basically spent total 10hours between 2 days to give us entire design for our bathroom including working with our builder's needs side by side. He also made sure that we keep our budget minimum and showed us products to suit out needs within our budget. He also made sure that two items which were urgent and necessary to start work, he personally delivered the next day at our door step. Now this is call going above and beyond!!!!! But Absolutely rubbish and unprofessional service from the delivery aspect and from the Watford Easy bath store manager Andrew!!!! I can now see why the Watford branch doesn't do so well in their sales and KPIs. Having worked in retail for 14 years, if I was Andrew's area manager I would take some strong actions against Andrew's behaviours.
The sales staff were very helpful and everything was delivered on time
They forgot to order w/c pan no hinges with unit waiting for 300 wall unit told me it will here in January 2025 they forgot to order handles so it costing me money driving up to Stourbridge picking items up not happy at all
We ordered two toilet seats, both are lovely! One had a small mark so contacted the customer service team and they handled it immediately. Really good service.

we needed to see the inside of the wall mounted electric shower to see where the connecting water pipes were so the young man took the back off for us . Nothing was too much trouble and with that they gained a sale
We spoke with Simon to arrange my bathroom. Simon was brilliant so helpful and friendly. Quite expensive but good quality furniture. I would recommend going to Simon for information, he was knowledgeable and not at all pushy with the sales.
Steve & James in the showroom were a pleasure deal with and the transport dept were so in the ball! Ordered Wednesday, delivered first thing Friday morning by a lovely, friendly man. Can't fault anything with the people in the Glasgow showroom. Would highly recommend.

Customer service corrected an error to an online order, and did so without fuss and in super quick time so the delivery wasn't impacted and was right first time.

Good design service . Good ordering experience. But had to complain as my plumbers said the stone resin shower tray was bowing when they installed it. Highlighted issue to store but nothing done as they wanted photos and it needed two of us to hold the tray and we didn’t have a third to photograph it. The returns process is via head office which we learned after taking the tray and some surplus stock to store. Now £400 out of pocket . Just not worth the hassle. Wouldn’t use again

Really disappointed with the customer service been messaged about with delivery dates We was given a delivery date , so we both took time off work !! To accommodate this . then having to chase to find out when our bath will arrive , to be told it would be a week late , then to be told it would be delivered the week after .. apparently we should not of been given a delivery date , by a staff member who sold us the bath .. we was told we could go and collect the bath ourselves , we was not told it was in Wakefield If it wasn’t for another staff member who did help us , we would have cancelled our order . Spoke to Hannah at customer services Very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us lovely lady and did her best to resolve our issue, issue all resolved now. Thank you for your help

Dec 11,2024The sales team in particular are very good at what they do, but I think the technical team is a bit limited in the way they do things. The quality of the bathroom products that I purchased were second to none they have real quality feel and look about them and Michelle from the Gravesend branch put together a very good plan and package that satisfied our needs
