Dec 07,2024No acknowledgement when we arrived.. wandered round for about 20 mins then went to find someone.. (reading store) ... advised they only stock own ranges.. found attitude unprofessional and unhelpful... I am looking for a complete bathroom so will go elsewhere

Dec 07,2024Went to our local supplier, never used before but will certainly use again, Paige was great, she really knew her products, down to fine detail, made and excellent and really helpful graphic for us too. Couldn't fault her commitment to customer satisfaction, kept us up to date with the orders, any more tweaks to make the bathroom better, liaised with the fitters too, to make sure everything was spot on form their side. A credit to Easy Bathrooms, would definitely use them again.

Dec 07,2024The staff were extremely helpful, and in the event, we had to return the goods to them as unfortunately they would not fit the ensuite that we had ordered them for, and there was absolutely no problem in their readiness to take the goods back, and give us a complete refund. I would use this company again without hesitation.
