Dec 05,2024Think you should have a better aftersales procedure, we bought a bath panel which blew due to water penetration after just 8 months of use, resulting in the customer complaining and us having to purchase a replacement for something that is not fit for purpose.

Jordan who was friendly, efficient and patient throughout, spent significant time and attention advising on and helping me to choose bathroom furniture and accessories and highlighting additional savings. Barry gave additional excellent service on initial and later visits. Order was checked properly on the telephone for omissions before it was sent. Everything arrived on time. Small changes were accepted and organised efficiently. Bathroom cost significantly less during the pre Christmas sale. Delighted with quality of products. Highly recommend this company.
