Aug 26,2024I have bought from Ecklers before and I have nit had any issues. This was the worst experience I have had in a while with any vendor. I ordered a made to order part for a customer of mine, a nuetral safety switch and backup light for a monte carlo with a console. They sent me a column one twice. I had to return both and it's been over a month. Then they wanted me to pay them again to order the same item again and wait for 7 days for a refund. Ridiculous.

Aug 24,2024Ordered on Saturday, received the following Friday. Iām a two hours drive from the warehouse? The bearings came in a plastic shipping bag, the box with bearings was crushed, just a bit disappointed with quality of the delivery service.

Aug 23,2024I placed my order on Aug 16th. Today is Aug 22 and the parts have still not arrived. I tracked the package and it was delivered to an address in Battle Creek Michigan not my location or the one designated on the order. I called to report this and they said not to worry it was a computer glitch and the order would be sent out to the correct address. No ETA or date was given, no confirmation # or anything. Come on guys, you need to do better.
