Sep 07,2024Items shipped quickly and all were as advertised. Only problem I had was I mis-ordered an item. I immediately realized it, called customer service to cancel the item and order the correct item. They were happy to cancel the incorrect item, but wouldn’t add the correct item to the order. I had to create a new order for that, which meant another shipping fee.

Sep 03,2024sell garbage, I bought TMI seat covers and I only got the back part, previously assembled... you can see traces of assembly and return labels from the previous buyer, they sent the incomplete product without checking, they offer a refund of $75, which is ridiculous...

Aug 30,2024The item I ordered was clearly listed as a set of 4 pieces but when it arrived there was only 1 item in the package. The package also said “set of 4” right on the label. I called them and a replacement was sent however it was exactly the same. Label said set of 4 but only 1 in the bag.

Sep 10,2024Eckler’s has an open box and return program that makes buying parts cheaper if they have what you need. Most other websites do not, well worth the shopping to save some money.
