Great support from the team over 2 days. I made an error ordering more than I wanted and it was corrected and dealt with in a timely manner. The banking transactions had to be done the next morning by another member of the team but was resolved and to my great satisfaction in spite of complications.

The manual I ordered started there were over 500 color pictures. Every single one was black and white! Super disappointed.
Ecklers is a horrible company. I purchased a Power Brake Booster for $240 for the restoration of a 1975 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme only to find out later that the Brake Booster does not work. Eckler sent me a bad brake Booster. I called their customer service and told him my order number and he said it was not a valid order number even thouugh I have a email receipt, and that the ownership of Ecklers has changed in the last year. Obviously Ecklers is a fly by night company that sells bad products and then changes ownership to avoid returns. Daniel C. Grimes order #50377226

Do yourself a favor and find your parts somewhere else. Lost my parts never contacted me to inform me. Then offer in sore credit. No thanks refund me. Wasted 10 days waiting so I could buy them from someone else. Their customer service is great probably because they get hundreds of calls wanting to know where there parts are. Never using them again. Beware.

The seatbelts I ordered arrived. The base end on one set is chrome. The other set is brass. I have installed the chrome one and have not yet installed the brass end set. This does not look to great on the show car I am in Canada and in Alaska till end of September I did a chat line and was offered a partial refund then lost the link started another chat and they said no supervisor was available at the time and to call back Bkeyes@ telus.net
My parts were what I ordered, they were good quality and fit perfectly.

Great service and many parts in stock
My husband found a supposed back seat for his car and placed an order. I saw the price and checked the site and it said seat. No mention of being a seat cover. Knowing current prices I called and asked. Yes a cover. I asked to cancel. First I asked for help online. Phone went dead. 3 people later I was told it may still ship. The email said backorder until November. I asked if the site ad could be corrected for other shoppers that may be mislead. Today I was refunded the full amount for an item that was not to ship until November.
