When I called to ask why only part of the order had shipped, the representative was well informed and assured me that I would received all of the parts, and I did. exactly as promised. Thank you.

May 13,2024The part I received was defective. I’m trying to obtain a replacement but the drop ship company has not yet notified Eckler about the shipment yet so I cannot start the return / replacement process yet.

May 11,2024Difficult to order parts that fit a 53 chevy belair it dosent really fit well into a category so I can't easily see if it fits my vehicle. I also had to start my order over servile times because of blocking windows and poor web design

May 10,2024I have bought alot of parts from you guys.I called earlier this week to place an order for an igintion switch for my 57 bel air.Spoke with a fella by name of Cody.He stated the part was unavailable.I asked a local napa supplier,he looked you guys up and he stated you had 2 in stock.I went on line the next day and saw you had 2 in stock,called spoke with Steve and low and behold,it was indeed available so I ordered it and waiting on it now.

May 07,2024I tried my best to line up the gauge cluster on my 65 c10. And no matter how I try to line it up there’s a gap on the sides. For $290 after tax and shipping that is just unbelievable. A $290 piece of plastic that just needs to be 2mm wider. Ridiculous. So I tried to use the screws THAT COME with the item to try and pull the sides out ever so slightly and it cracked so now it’s in the trash and I’ve wasted $290. The packaging was nice though

May 06,2024Never a problem with Eckler's. Quality OEM parts when required, always the right part, good turnaround time, great customer service. They are pricey (we used to say expensive, but I want to sound cool like the libs) but worth it.

May 14,2024They lied to me waited 3 months for emergency brake cables then they sent me brake lines I returned them the same day its been 3 weeks haven't got my refund the supplier said they have them in stock every time I called them they extended the eta by a month I ordered them myself from the supplier had them in 4 days they are a rip off and lie directly to your face don't buy anything from them they shouldn't be in business
