I did not receive my package. I got a message from FedEx saying my package was delivered to my front door. I opened the email up and looked at the picture of the front door. They delivered it to it was not mine. It was not my neighbors. It looked like a commercial double door. I reported it to FedEx

I ordered a part for my car that the website guarenteed fitment. When it arrived it was the incorrect part and they did not have access to the correct one. The issue I have came while sending the part back, apparently they charge you $10 and deduct it from your return. If you add the $10 to my original shipping and the fuel it takes to return it, ill be out about $40 with nothing to show for it. I was informed that the guarantee doesn't apply if you order the wrong part, but if the website guaranteed fitment. Why would anyone intentionally order the wrong part.To say I'm disappointed is a understatement. After all this I don't think I will continue doing business with this company.

I ordered an interior package last June 2023. Checked the box to confirm what color. Got my money put back on my credit card in September. when called they said I didn't let them know what color I wanted ( I did by the way). Reordered last Sept., and made sure they knew what color and all my information was correct. Was supposed to be shipped on 3/4/24. After all this time the date gets changed again. This is very frustrating to deal with. If their supplier can't deliver than maybe they should find one that can.

I was given 4 separate tracking numbers, only 1 box was received by fed-ex, your agents said the other 3 boxes were lost. I ordered the 3 items that were "lost" from another vender, your 1 box was delivered, it contained ALL FOUR of the parts I ordered, now Im stuck with 3 replacement parts that will cost as much to return as the parts ( brake drums) Im out almost $400.00 because of your incompetence, how about an adjustment as I will get nothing from the other vender when Im through returning the return shipping costs

The spark plugs were an item I needed. I liked that your catalog recommended Motorcraft plugs for often driven cars as they were a hotter plug, but I was surprised at how poorly they were packed. When received the 8 sparks were loose in a bubble-like envelope. 3 of the plugs had actually broken out of the little box they were in. It doesn't appear any of the plugs were broken but it would have been best if they had been bundled so they couldn't have moved around as much. I would also like to note that I tried to order a Patent Plate, part no. 78-14001, shown on page 131 of the catalog I had just received, Catalog SG22. I tried to order it on both Eckler's and Mac's websites with no success. I called in and they couldn't find it either.
