Apr 13,2024I called to get some information on some parts and I spoke with Sherry R quote number 607645. She had to been one of the rudest customer service/ sales agent I have ever spoke with. Rude enough I decided I didn’t want to purchase the parts with Ecklers. I searched for the parts else where only due to the delivery date I returned and ordered my parts from you guys. After speaking with Sherry I don’t believe I will be a returning customer. Thanks Sherry R

Apr 09,2024I was just looking for a way to communicate to Eckler’s about how terrible their website is and then saw that you can’t leave reviews directly on the companies site. 3rd party review apps are used. So I go to the Trustpilot site and start reading through the reviews. HOLY CRAP! It’s absolutely brutal If you are considering ordering Anything from Eckler’s, do yourself a favor and read the reviews first I now realize this company has WAAAY bigger problems than their irritating website I’m honestly AMAZED they’re still in business I’m SO glad I took the time to read the reviews before ordering a bunch of money worth of parts from a worthless company This place is a sinking ship for sure
