There are a few businesses that sell OER equipment for first gen Camaros. The difference I found with this order is that keys come with the lock I bought. Other vendors wanted $21 for two keys that would have to be coded. Big hassle!

Ordered 1968 SS gas cap "SHOW QUAILITY" but was shipped parts! Called and was told that when the defective item was at Fedex Drop Off Center they would ship replacment right out. I dropped it of on a friday and the new part was shipped on the next tuesday. That came in defective also. Talked to support and was connected to a supervisor at my request.I was given half of my money back to keep the part and a $50.00 credit. Tried to use it to buy shocks ,would not allow the purchase. I paid with my CC and wrote to them again. Was told that Un-boxed items will not be allowed with the credit. My order was on 4/10 and my CC was charged. The order listed as Received, Processing, Received, Processing and to "Will arrive by 4/21" then changed to Received again, now shows "Will arrive by 4/25" ! They just jerk you around,,,,,Well they never shipped it! So its 20 days and not shipped,shows processing ,shipping soon.Called and was told computer was down. Emailed and never got a reply. Left a message 3 times to Nikki Gaudette who said would help me after the cas cap problem but even she does not respond to emails or messages on the KYB shock order! Their Jerk-Around CLOWN SHOW continues……. Its now 23 days and Ecklers games continue. No reply to my emails and when I call I get we will check, get put on hold and hung up on. I last talked to Garret two days ago ,his voice started to fade away, and asked for my phone number to call me back.......he never did. Nikki Gaudette....no reply or return call. Nobody at Ecklers,American Muscle,American Trucks,Extreme Terrain or Ricks Camaro who are part of the "Turn 5"cares about a customer, Nikki gave me her direct line but never answers or calls back. The clown show continues !!!!! On the 24th day of waiting for my shocks,I was informed that Ecklers is moving from Florida to Kansas and their in a termoil and not shipping. I even tried to cancel my order however was told I can't because the warehouse is closed!! They took my money on 4-10 and after 24 days will not ship or even cancel. This is 27 days now and no shipping and REFUSE to cancel and refund my money. I purchased the same shocks last thursday afternoon from another company and they were shipped out the very next day. I received them yesterday and installed them. "Turn 5" Ecklers CLOWN SHOW continues on......I now have to file a dispute with my CC company over this matter. UPDATE: After canceling both on phone and email atleast 15 times,...the jerks shipped the shocks out and sent the WRONG ones ! The shocks I ordered were Silver Gas A Shocks and they sent Black Excel G Gas dated 2022 . BTW they are half the price of what was ordered. Old junk. !! Ecklers CLOWN SHOW continues.....

the gas cap not fit my1968 Camaro The gas cap did fit. There was a problem with the filler neck. Replace the filler neck and gas cap fixed. If i read a little further i would have read that.

I am extremely disappointed with your service. It seems I’ve been lied to and ignored by your team. My recent order was never shipped and the blame was put on FedEx. This was an attempt to convince me FedEx lost my package and apparently a claim was filed with FedEx which was a lie. I’ve been in contact with FedEx every day asking them for information on any case or issue with this package and they confirm every time they never received a package and they never received any information about a case or lost package from you. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professional support from your company and will be letting this be known to the public…

I drove two and a half hours just to find out the show room was no longer open to the public and there was a very nice woman working there that helped me and my wife. I wasn't able to pickup the part, but she sent it to my house. Not sure of her name but she was AWESOME!

I was all set up to buy from another company that popped up on my google search until I noticed that that there was nothing to let me know if the items I needed were in stock. So I sent them a email to ask if the items I wanted was in stock and the answer I received was that they are typically in stock. I replied back that still did not answer my question. The next reply was they have no system in place to check inventory. I said well thanks but no thanks you have lost a customer as Ecklers not only shows that they are in stock, but what day I will receive the parts.
