I made my order a few days ago I have not received a receipt which means the order was never processed My money was taken though. I'm hearing a lot of horror stories now about receiving my parts please prove them wrong!

Aug 13,2023I did my order and then echlers said my tool was out of stock and canceled my order. Then someone contacted me by phone saying they had plenty in stock. I didn’t know if the caller was someone trying to scam me so I hung up the phone. Then I called echlers myself to ask about my order and this person told me the tool was out of stock and more will not be coming in. Too much confusion for me so I ordered my tool elsewhere.
