Took a short bathroom break, and after 52 padges and 14 items in the cart, and when i came back my cart was empty!!!! MAYBE SET TIMERS AND ALLOW MORE TIME FOR BIGGER ORDERS.

Website is horrible, I added items to my project list, they don't show up, just says x amount of items with no way of knowing what they are. Tried to track my recent order 653-107865166, website says I have no orders, no confirmation of shipping. Yes I am logged in and my car shows up as a drop down but does not show up in my "garage". Probably the worst out of all the big vendors, Summit, SS396, OPG etc

First of all you advertise a product you place the order you tell me your process my order and then you tell me it's canceled I had to write an email to ask why then you told me it was discontinued I thought your web site needs to say they are no longer it's like said in my last email I think it would on false advertisement you excepted my order and charged my card now I got wait 3-5 days to get my money back some body needs to pay attention

I purchased an item and paid for it got a email response and received a cancellation notice. Apparently you sold an item you don’t have. It was a bit of an inconvenience as I wasted my time but I understand that life’s not perfect so no big deal. So inventory must be a problem would be my guess. I hope this helps since you asked. Ty!

I ordered a license plate bracket from website and later on received a email saying my order was canceled, no explanation. Went to the website to get a phone number called customer service and found out it was discontinued. Why have it on the website if it’s unavailable. Other parts places showed the same bracket as sold out.

Constantly showing items in stock but usually back order 3-6 months. Never get any shipping update information. If something is wrong with the order YOU must reach out to them rather than ecklers letting you know of an issue. They sent me the wrong item 2 times before I had to request for them to check inventory and see what the issue is. A totally incompetent company.

I ordered a Model A Ford Tudor window regulator . I was a bit concerned when the sticker on the part I ordered said Made in Taiwan . It wasn't a perfect bolt on but with minor tweaking it bolted up . The part appears to be of good quality and the price was very reasonable .

This was my first experience trying to order some parts for a 1930 Model A from Macs. I tried 4 times to place an order. Each time I placed an order I received an email a short time later stating the following. The message I got was quote( We are reaching out regarding your recent order with us. After review, we had found the order did not pass our authorization process. We had attempted to contact you in an effort to collect additional information, but were unsuccessful.) end of quote from your email. 1) No one tried phoning or sending me an email explaining what the problem was. 2) Each time i received this I phoned your 1-800 number and spoke to a rep. 3) the first 3 reps told me there was a problem with my Information. 1 rep went as far as to say that it had to do with my shipping address and billing address. I believe this was after the second rejection 4) I tried to go back and open an account, which I finally did after the second cancelled attempt 5) by the third time your rep suggest that I use a different credit card, maybe that would help. 6) rejected a 4th time. I’m not happy!! But still persistent. I called and spoke to another representative who actually helped. She corrected the errors that were made with billing and shipping addresses. Oh btw did I mention that I am ordering from Canada? 7) I found your order form was not intuitive. Re: billing address vs. Shipping address. Maybe this could be rectified. 8) I really appreciated the help this last rep gave me. I hope that the order goes through and that when I receive the parts that I have ordered that they are correct

Easy website, fast shipping The only bad thing about this order is the item arrived scratched/scuffed. The car is a driver but still disappointing.
