I ordered a headlight bezel and marker light bezels! I received the marker light bezel but did not receive the headlight bezel! I’ve made attempts at emailing and no one has responded! All of the money was taken out of my account but I didn’t receive all of the goods I paid for! I have also ordered before and you should be able to see your past purchases but none of mine are showing up! It just shows how to contact them but I can’t get in touch with anyone!

Headlight bucket kit BPC-109 the plastic nut is to small and splits when you screw in light adjustment screw. I recommend not buying this product not worth the money and a hassle when trying to finish a project. Junk, no dought made in China.

I ordered a $700 gas tank for a 70-72 Camaro on March 31, 2023. While installing it today (7/12/23) , I noticed it does not fit. Upon looking at the package, there is one BIG sticker on there that states the item in which I purchased (1970-1973 Camaro Sniper Coated Steel EFI Gas Tank) There is also a smaller sticker (75-77 Camaro & 75-78 Firebird EFI Fuel Tank Kit). I was sent the wrong one. I talked with customer service who stated that the return policy is 30 days. Upon further viewing of the website, it states, "Eckler's standard return policy is 30 days from delivery. We do recognize that restoration projects take time though and that purchases aren’t always used immediately, and so in some cases extended returns may be available for store credit." All I asked was for an exchanging of the CORRECT fuel tank. As with restoration projects, it takes months to years to complete. They failed to honor what I purchased in the first place.

Eckler's is one of the original Corvette suppliers. They had the exact OEM color carpet for my Corvette - Indigo Blue!

Truly the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a part they sent me a completely wrong part. I called customer service the first person was not helpful at all. I called back got someone who was better. In the end instead of sending me the correct part I had to send in the $15 dollar part, and then they would send me the correct one. I sent the one in, anticipated the correct one to be shipped out. Well I never received it they just refunded my money. I will never purchase from this place again. I’ve never had an issue with this before with any other parts store. I’ve ordered from brothers. If I had a problem I sent a couple pictures they shipped out immediately, and allowed me to return the product. And also the did not refund my shipping money.

happy to buy parts available and at good price. Interior mirror 1974 Corvette price higher than Corvette central ??? Do you match price. billing is not easy for canadian because just United State is available.

I emailed a question regarding the C4 door panel trim. I was told to call, I was given a new number and left a message. No call was returned. I emailed again and was told to call. I spoke to 2 different individuals both of which could not answer questions about the product. I was instructed to order and if I did not like them to return them. It did not match the description as it had the factory plastic studs not the metal as the description stated. I initiated a return and asked that my shipping costs I incurred be refunded as well since I was told to order them. I was sent the links and started filling them out and the website would not let me proceed. I called and was told I had the wrong order number. I used the order number on the invoice I was billed and charged off of. I was told that was wrong, well I am using what is on your website. Very disappointed as a consumer that no one knows the product. I do not need an excuse that we are updating the website. We recently were bought out. I do not care, I am looking for the service that my family has received for years. I could have bought elsewhere for less but chose Ecklers based on known reputation. I was very wrong and the back and forth should have walked away.

I left one review, but Ecklers had BBB take it down. Nothing I said in my response was a lie, and is 100 percent fact. The response by Ecklers was a fabrication. I ordered a battery tray from Ecklers April 4th, 2022. It was listed as IN STOCK. A few days later I received an email saying it was out of stock, when I called I was told it would be sent the early part of May 2022. When I did not receive it I called and was told mid may. Once again did not receive and was told mid June. Now they are saying Mid July. I called Dynacorn who makes it and they told me they have FIVE in stock in their PA website, and that Ecklers is not telling the truth about it being out of stock. Ecklers has had RUDE customer service reps who have no knowledge "attempt to take care" of this situation. Here I am still without a part. I will be listing this review on other websites as well so they cannot take it back down again. Ecklers keeps moving the ship date back everytime they miss the window.
