Economy 7 is same company as Outfox the market so people be ware they have a bad case history
This was an almost faultless switch, the easiest I have ever done!. I had a couple of questions which needed resolving but these were dealt with by Sam on the Chat facility. The Chat is one of the best I have come across in fact; it's answered very quickly and questions answered in an understandable way. So far so good!
Switch so far been smooth although switch date hasn't occurred yet. So far comms have been clear and timely.

I didn't receive an email when I first emailed and I am still waiting for the Welcome Letter. I haven't switched fully yet, so cannot comment on the whole process. Registration wise is ok, but as a low user I didn't think it necessary for me to send a bill which was requested. Odd system really, I would prefer it that they verify your Man and MPrN instead on and during registration to ensure they take over the right meter.
Using the website was easy and the plans were clear. Once I activated the switch Economy Seven got in touch with some questions which I answered and they accepted - very personal touch it seemed. Just about to go live and looking forward to it.
So far so good, I have only recently signed up to change energy providers and so I do not have any experience of the company’s working ethos. They have been good keeping in touch so far I have not yet begun as their customer, still in transition stage.
Cheaper than my previous company and greener supplier
