Sep 09,2019Always been able to get through to customer care after a bit of a wait. Direct debit reviewed to save high bills but find gas and electricity is cheaper here than other providers. If they keep there costs competitive as now I am happy to remain a loyal customer.

Sep 09,2019Economy Seven has been open and upfront about their pricing and price changes. Although it isn't the cheapest electrical provider on the market , I like that provides good clean energy.

Sep 09,2019Switching was easy. I have saved a fair bit of money by changing and am happy that the energy supplied is totally renewable. I find it helpful to have a live chat facility, rather than trying to get through by phone, and on the occasions I have used it I have had instant response and my query has been sorted quickly and efficiently. My only quibble would be that I was unaware (possibly my fault?) that I should be submitting monthly meter readings - I have just had this pointed out to me, and of course it makes sense to keep readings as accurate and up to date as possible. Otherwise - great!

Sep 09,2019My monthly direct debit is a reasonable price. The website is very easy to use and it’s great I can see my electricity usage on a graph. I’ve used the online chat a few times which has always been easy.

Sep 08,2019Switching was easy. The dual fuel tariff is consistently rated as one of the best available by MSE's energy club. The Website interface is idiosyncratic but who cares when you are getting good value for gas and electricity.

Sep 09,2019I joined them when they were very new and their website looked a bit amateurish, but they've gradually improved and the website has been overhauled. I've had no problems with them and any queries about the billing are soon resolved. A year on and they are still the cheapest for my usage.
