Changed to Economy Seven because they offered a better tariff than the previous supplier. There was a big increase in their tariffs, (which I was informed about), but, when looking to change again to a more competitive supplier I found out that they offered a cheaper tariff, but this was not communicated. I wonder how many people are still with this company thinking they are getting a good deal!
I asked by email about changing to a more cost effective tariff. They read the email because they used the readings that I provided on it but seem to have decided to ignore my request to change tariffs
Economy Seven is saving me a lot of money each year so I am very pleased I switched from EDF.
Took a while to get connected but good customer experience once I did get to speak to someone.
I switched in April 2018, and all was good until the DD increase was forced upon us all, however I rode this storm and all has settled down now. The website has improved, and is much easier to use, and prices are competitive, all of my correspondence has been answered satisfactorily. A prompt email to remind me for a meter reading monthly would be a nice feature.
Good in all aspects. Easy to switch too. Easy to contact by phone and email and get a reply.
I have been an Eco7 customer for some time and they have always represented the best value for money provider of Economy 7 metered electricity. Recent improvements to billing and customer service have been really noticeable and positively impacted on my customer satisfaction, while still delivering the same great value they always had. Great job Eco7 keep it up

Whilst i am saving a small sum I believe it could it could be much more.When I joined I was under the impression that the rate on whjch I am paying would be reduced in the summer months, this has not happened. I did receive an Email stating my account was in credit which may be of benefit when the central heating is turned on. I would appreciate any information regarding your latest rates for dual energy supply,
Fingers crossed but switching to E7 Energy was easy and so far all billing and meter readings - I send my in via the website - have been fine. Price is competitive and I do utilise Economy 7 and so far the tariff has been good. I would recommend E7 Energy.

Given the rising electricity costs, I reviewed all the electricity providers in my area and switched to Economy Seven Energy. This change saved more than £200 per year. Switching was very easy and the service has been great. The tariff increased during one year but this seems to be the case for most UK providers.
There were a few 'teething troubles' when I switched (not the fault of Economy Seven!) but all has been resolved now due to ES patience and things are running smoothly and efficiently.
