I have been on the site that was promoted on Dragons Den to check for the best price for energy in your area and they came back this company which I was already with. Okay over the new year there was a lot of emails about the way you were going to start charging for winter and summer bills which was a little annoying as you kept changing how you were going to collect monies but it has all been put back to a fixed monthly payment now and I am more than happy at that and the prices you charge, obviously the cheaper the better as I am unemployed.
Great service once I got to know the website. Good price and green energy too, what’s not to love.

Economy 7 was a great help with our changeover unlike the company I was leaving. Since joining Economy 7 they have been receptive to my suggestions and comments and have reduced my bills over the past year so much that they have now reduced our Direct Debit from the original amount and are refunding the difference. I call that service.
I have had some teething problems with this company (my direct debit was mysteriously cancelled and it took a while to get it up and running again), however, customer service has been very responsive and helpful and I'm happy over all. They are also much cheaper than other companies. Their new website is better than the weird cartoon fox design they were using before and has added levels of functionality.
Was so easy to switch over, managed it myself.

Switching was easy and there has been no problem with the service since. I'm happy and saving money.
I am a member of Martin Lewis's Energy Saving club, and they are consistently unable to find me a better deal.
The switch was very easy, prices are still very good and we like the clean energy sourcing. Apart from the short lived hiatus a while back when they messed about with trying to introduce a variable direct debit (higher in winter and lower in summer which I thought was a good idea) we have had no problems.
Fast, efficient process.
It works smoothly. I trust that the amount we pay is fair and beats the competition, as it is difficult to compare I find. They made a mess of the payments last year with their plan to restructure the payment plans, but what was good was their listening to customers and returning to the original plan. Personally, they were good at negotiating over the phone with me with a fairer payment figure when at first it seemed to high and too much in their favour.
Switching was easy and strightforward but the pricing issue they had earlier in the year was shocking the way they handled it, going forward they seem fine although I've not had to get in contact with them.
