Oct 11,2024I had tried (unsuccessfully) to get my 94 year old Mother qualified for Medicaid. I found this team on line after a brief search, and after a short call to them and approval by my brother and I, they took it from there. Don't get me wrong, it was a lot of work on my part to assemble the appropriate documents to send them, but after that, the approval came thru (after an appeal).

Oct 01,2024Eldercare Resource Planning helped our family navigate the daunting process of getting full Medicaid benefits for our mother diagnosed with basal cell degeneration as well as allowing our father to keep his precious retirement savings and live at home without worry. We absolutely could not have accomplished this without their experience, knowledge and diligence. The State of New Mexico took almost a full year to finally approve her benefits that were legally recognized and Eldercare continually pressured them through the court system to approve her. My parents financial advisor even told us Eldercare was a scam, which they absolutely are not. Eldercare worked for months to give my father the financial ability to keep his hard earned retirement and continue living in his home while our mother finally received full benefits at a skilled nursing facility. I highly recommend this organization on every level and their one time fee was a huge savings compared to the work they provided.

They have single handedly explained a beyond confusing system to me in ways I can understand it. No question is too basic for them. No questions are too many. Sep 05,2024I had no idea what to do to get my Mom qualified for Medicaid so she could get the care she needed. The people at Eldercare Resource Planning were very helpful, and they managed the entire process of applying for Medicaid from beginning to end. The most challenging part was supplying all of the information they needed, which would have to done whether they apply for you or you do it on your own. They made all information gathering as easy as it could be. It was definitely worth the money!

They were efficient, speedy and knowledgeable. They have the experience from working the ins and outs of the Medi-Cal system plus they know the law regarding client qualifications and procedures, both of which I wouldn't have known if I had tried to apply for my loved one on my own. I highly recommend their service. You won't be disappointed!

They were very clear and up front about what the next steps were, and gave me a lot of information so that I can make the best decision for my family member. I also really appreciated that they did not pressure me to make a decision immediately and that their fees for assistance were very transparent and fair. It would be very easy for an unprincipled agency to take advantage of people's worry and confusion to railroad them into an expensive arrangement, but this organization was a lifesaver!

I was especially pleased with Jennifer Williams assistance in the process. All of the people I encountered were very helpful, informative, and caring. ERP is offering a much needed service during a very difficult and emotional time of our lives. They made the life transition for my parents much less stressful.
