Nov 10,2021We were assigned to one specialist and then they switched me to another specialist, only to go back to the original specialist... that was a bit confusing. Other than that, our experience with ECR Planning was great. Liz was knowledgeable and explained things clearly. She was organized and responded in a timely fashion. She kept us on task without being pesky. Their document sharing system was easy to use. It was worth the money in having their guidance through the process.

She has no family and no one else to help get her through the difficult process. From the beginning everyone was very supportive and understanding. Sep 11,2021When my elderly mother suddenly required long-term care in a nursing facility, how she would manage the financial burden suddenly became a huge worry. I quickly learned that applying and getting accepted for Medicaid was a very daunting, complex, complicated, frustrating, and confusing ordeal, and there was no way I could complete the process and still have my sanity in the end. The one piece of advice I kept getting was to spend the money and get representation from a third-party agency. I found reviews for Eldercare Resource Planning, and based on those, I bit the bullet and signed on. It was DEFINITELY money well spent. I know without a shadow of a doubt, I never would have made it through this process without my ERP representative's assistance. She was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with me during my most frustrated moments. She acted as a go-between for me and the DHS caseworker, and she kept me on track with what I needed to supply, when to supply it, and countless other requirements and deadlines. Not being the most organized person in the world, this was a godsend. Most people have no idea what goes into getting their loved one eligible for Medicaid, and I'm here to tell them, it's not for the faint of heart! ERP is there to help you!

Sep 03,2021My husband had to go into a nursing home last year. The cost per month was a struggle for me. I found Eldercare Resource Planning online and read the positive reviews. I was assigned an extremely competent person, Tiana Downey, to help me wade through the almost never ending task of getting Medicaid. She was very patient with me when I because frustrated. Getting Medicaid can be very daunting. I never could have done it without Tiana. For anyone who finds themselves needing to apply for Medicaid, I highly recommend Eldercare Resource Planning.

Sep 01,2021In my endeavor to get my Mom qualified for Medi-Cal in the State of California, I wanted to use a resource that is most familiar to getting the information and filling out the forms correctly the FIRST time and a resource that is familiar in dealing with the county agencies. Eldercare came through big time for me!!!! Liana Alvarado was excellent, always kind and professional, and always had answered to the many questions I had. My Mother was admitted to her nursing home after a medical issue experienced in her own home, and I am so glad I began this qualification process months prior. By the time she was admitted, the approval process had come through. My Mom was in the nursing home for slightly less than 4 months when she peacefully passed away on July 30, 2021 at the great age of 99.
