Louis very clearly explained the plans on offer and then explained the plan of my selected option. She was very friendly and was able to clearly provide the details of costs associated with my new plan.
It was well explained and easy to understand. I have great expectations for the future billing as set out in the plan.
The consultant was very thorough and even reviewed my current bills to make sure the rates were the same or better for the best provider she was offering. Very friendly, not pushy, but interested and supported getting the best rate for me. Impressed!
