Previous retailer was for 23 years couldn't be bothered talking to me, have spoken to several people @ RED all friendly welcoming and extremely helpful with a very tricky situation with my NMI which is listed at a different address and I just purchased property so had no rates or prev bill, LEN was a champion and other staff fully aware of situation tied to Customer number -real people no repetitive explaining to different departments

She explained clearly and in detail what would best apply to my situation and how I would benefit. I had no hesitation in accepting her proposal.
